1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the OMG Bet platform — whether through the website at omg-bet.app or the OMG Bet mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. 3 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold one account on OMG Bet. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, OMG Bet will close all associated accounts and may forfeit any balances held across those accounts.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made, and all bonuses claimed. You must keep your username and password confidential and must not share your login credentials with any other person.

4 Deposits and Payments

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your OMG Bet balance within 60 seconds of a successful transaction. • All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered account holder — are not permitted.

5 Withdrawals

9 Account Suspension and Closure

OMG Bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited.
